*Any phone/iPad/electronic volume must be kept to the lowest setting(headsets are preferred)

 Lash & Brow Austin’s goal is to provide a relaxing and stress free experience to all clients inside the salon, we respectfully request that children remain quiet and seated at all times.

 As much as we love our furry friends, please be considerate of clients with allergies and please leave your pets at home. It is against TDLR regulations for animals to be inside a salon unless it is a service animal.

 All major credit cards are accepted. Cash payments will receive a 5% discount. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment but will not be charged unless the appointment is canceled with less than a 24 hour notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Checks are not accepted.

 Every appointment you schedule is reserved specially for you! As a courtesy to us and clients on a cancellation list, we request a 24-hour advance cancellation notice. 1. First No Show, we understand things happen and we waive the 1st No Show fee. 
2. Second No Show, since we are unable to fill that appointment time, we will charge you 50% of the services.
3. Third No-Show, 100% of the services will be due and you will no longer be able to schedule any future appointments.
4. The first cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, we understand emergencies happen. The fee will be waived. Any last minute cancellation after that follows the same No-Show rules above.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a No Show fee will apply. Depending on your scheduled service if you are more than 5-10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and marked as a No Show.
